How does it work?
Ordering with Abaya Wholesale is very easy.

In order to purchase from Abaya Wholesale you will need to register for an account. The registration form is simple and is completed on line.

How do I register for an account?
Please click the "Register" link which is located in the top right hand area of all pages and complete the registration form.

Your account will need to be approved by AW in order for it to be activated. This is so we can keep the website exclusive for Wholesalers / trade customers only.

Please note it can take up to 48 hours to activate an account.

I am unable to view pricing
Please ensure you are logged in. Only registered users of Abaya Wholesale can view pricing on line.

I am unable to add items to cart
Please ensure you are logged in. Only registered users of Abaya Wholesale can add items to cart.

What is the minimum order quantity?
All MOQ’s will be stated with each product.

What is shipping cost?
Postage for every order is calculated by our system depending on destination and number of items in cart.

Please refer to our Shipping section for estimate shipping charges to your country.

The shipping prices are guide prices only. We will source the best shipping price at the time of placing your order.

Taxes and Customs
We are not responsible for any additional cost like customs duty and/or taxes due to your country.

What is the delivery time?
Worldwide delivery is within approximately 3 weeks once payment has been received / cleared.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept any returns except items with a genuine manufacturing fault in which case we will exchange the faulty product.

What are the payment terms and methods?
Full advance payment is required upon placing order. We will email you our details for payment once you place an order.
